People will consecutively be allowed to choose their prize in the order tickets are drawn. The winning tickets will be drawn at noon on September 26th .

- Order Online: This is the easiest method. Scroll down to the next section and fill in the form on this page.
- Hand-Written Form: Download the PDF file using the link below. Print it out, fill in by hand, and mail it to us.
- Digital Documents: Download Microsoft Word file using the link below. Fill it in using Microsoft Word or a compatible program, then either print and mail it, or return via email.
