The local bluegrass band Nu-Blu will play a charity concert at Peppercorn restaurant in Siler City on Saturday, December 2 from 7-9 PM. Tickets are $25.
Proceeds go to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. This is a literacy program of the Siler Rotary club and Chatham partnership for children. Chatham Literacy is supporting this as a member of the Rotary Club.
This program will provide one high quality, age appropriate book to children from birth to age 5. These books will be mailed to their home at no cost to them with the goal of starting a lifelong love of reading. This concert is sponsored by Chatham Partnership for Children and the Siler City Rotary club.
