Chatham Literacy seeks a full-time Development Director to strategize and implement development plans to support the work, growth, and sustainability of Chatham Literacy. The position includes grants management, annual giving campaigns, special events, donor relations, donor database management, and building organizational sustainability. This position reports to the Executive Director.
Qualification includes at least three years of experience as a frontline fundraising professional with a nonprofit organization, creation of development budgets and reports, experience with donor software, and commitment to the mission of promoting literacy.
Office location is: 110 Village Lake Road, Siler City, NC 27312.
