Our Mission

Chatham Literacy helps adults, living or working in Chatham County, N.C., acquire the literacy and educational skills they need to function successfully in society.

When an adult learns to read, write, and understand English, do basic math, and use computers, they gain skills they need to lift themselves out of poverty.
