Farewell, Joselyn!

Joselyn Villaseñor

Joselyn Villaseñor has accepted a new job at the Randolph Department of Social Services. Her last day with Chatham Literacy will be Wednesday, March 27, 2024.

This is bittersweet news as I am excited for Joselyn’s new career journey to start and it was inevitable; however, we are so sad to see her leave Chatham Literacy.

Joselyn has been with Chatham Literacy just shy of 3 years…and on her first day, she was amazing and remained that way through her time with us!  Joselyn was an instrumental part of the team that helped to build our capacity, accountability and effectiveness.  She also gained a lot of skills along the way, while at Chatham Literacy, that will accompany her to her new job.

We are very excited for and proud of Joselyn AND I know she will remain a champion for adult literacy and a friend of Chatham Literacy.

You can send your well wishes to Joselyn at joselyn@chathamliteracy.org.

You are invited to say an in-person good-bye to Joselyn
and share a dessert on Wednesday, March 27 from 1 pm – 3 pm at the Chatham Literacy office.

(1002 West 3rd Street, Siler City, NC 27344).

This is a drop-in event, no need to get there right when it starts or stay the entire time.

In the meantime, if you know of anyone who might be a good fit for program coordination and Chatham Literacy, please share about the job opening. Information is here. Then please let Vicki know about them.

All the best Joselyn… We know you will be incredible!
