Literacy Rocks!

Bad weather has forced the postponement of the first-ever Literacy Rocks!  live music and food truck event that had been scheduled for Saturday, September 26, in Pittsboro.  We will set a new date soon and hope you will join us then.

Please visit this website or “like” Chatham Literacy on Facebook for updates on the re-scheduled event.

In the meantime, please read on for information about this family-friendly event, which will feature a variety of area musicians and food vendors, an improvisational artist, and a clown who’ll add a little magic to the afternoon.  The purpose is to raise awareness about the importance of literacy in Chatham County – and to have some fun!
