Spring for Literacy

You won’t want to miss Chatham Literacy’s 5th annual Spring for Literacy luncheon. Nationally acclaimed author Jill McCorkle will be there to share insights about her latest book, Life After Life, and what inspires her writing.

McCorkle300Spring for Literacy willl be on Thursday, April 23, 2015, at Galloway Ridge in Pittsboro.  There will be a cash wine bar from 11 a.m. to noon, and then lunch and the author’s presentation from noon to 2 p.m.

Tickets are $50 per person. That includes a fabulous lunch and a $29 tax-deductible donation to the Chatham County Literacy Council. All luncheon proceeds will be used for Chatham Literacy’s free programming and services for adults who live and work in Chatham County.
